5UP CIC was formed in January 2020 at 13 Raleigh Industrial Estate, Camp Lane, Handsworth, Birmingham, B21 8JF, as a community interest company (CIC). 5UP CIC’s company registration number is 12405631. It is a special type of limited company which exists to benefit the community rather than its private shareholders.

The funds will be used for the benefit of the social objectives rather than for the individual shareholders.

Our activities will be available for all members of the public to access with a focus on in particular children and young people of all ethnicities from disadvantaged backgrounds that may be at risk from gang involvement and knife crime, and children and young people with additional needs.
